DESCRIPTION

RT is an investigational, first-in-class "triple G" agonist that targets three essential nutrient-stimulated hormone receptors: glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1), glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide (GIP), and glucagon (GCG). By integrating these three pathways into a single peptide backbone, RT aims to achieve metabolic outcomes that exceed those of dual-agonist therapies like TZ.
