MOTS-c is a 16-amino-acid peptide encoded in mitochondrial DNA and is studied in AMPK and metabolic-signalling models. SS-31 (elamipretide) is a cell-permeable tetrapeptide that targets cardiolipin in the inner mitochondrial membrane. Both also come together in the SS-31 + MOTS-c pen.
Cellular energy and redox. NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is the coenzyme at the centre of cellular redox reactions and sirtuin research, and is available as a vial, a pen, patches and capsules. Glutathione is the cell's most abundant low-molecular-weight thiol and a standard redox reagent. 5-Amino-1MQ, an NNMT inhibitor, and SLU-PP-332, an oestrogen-related receptor agonist, are used in metabolic-pathway research.
Ageing biology. Epitalon (also spelled epithalon) is a tetrapeptide studied in telomerase research, and FOXO4-DRI is a retro-inverso peptide used in cellular-senescence models.
Every batch is independently tested by HPLC and mass spectrometry, with certificates on our COA page. Read our guides to MOTS-c, NAD+ and SS-31. Delivery is free on South African orders over R2,500.

Longevity & Mitochondrial Research Peptides: frequently asked questions
Questions researchers ask about this rangeWhat is the difference between MOTS-c and SS-31?
MOTS-c is a peptide encoded in mitochondrial DNA that is studied in metabolic signalling. SS-31 is a synthetic tetrapeptide that binds cardiolipin in the inner mitochondrial membrane. They act at different points, which is why they are sometimes studied together.
Is epitalon the same as epithalon?
Yes. Both spellings refer to the same tetrapeptide, Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly.
Which NAD+ format should I choose?
The lyophilised vial has the longest shelf life, the pen is ready-made solution kept at 2–8 °C, and the capsules and patches are oral and transdermal formats.
